More About Frances
To give you a little context, I studied Neuroscience at Colorado State University. At the time, I thought I knew what I wanted to do in life (which is very funny to think of currently). A little after two years of studying, I decided to try out other things that make me passionate– like a more “in-depth customer support” type position, which led me to where I am today.
In my journey with M & E, I’ve gone from knowing nothing about the painting or roofing world, and how it worked which was scary. What kept me going was the thrill of not knowing. I recognized the challenge of starting a whole new career which is an exciting (but scary!) opportunity, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I have been able to see firsthand why M & E has such an excellent reputation and it’s because customers are not treated as a number; they’re treated as family.
To give you some scoop into my world –I spend a lot of my free time with my husband and fur babies, researching about potential getaways, watching too much TV and meeting with friends. Some of my free time also goes into doing some adult things like laundry, budgeting, grocery shopping and running random errands that end up in me giving my husband Target hauls.
Thank you for coming to my TED talk!

Q: Why’d you get married so young?
A: Why not?
Q: Favorite color?
A: Any shade of blue
Q: Coffee or tea?
A: Coffee 1000%
