In the spring of 2005, amidst personal adversity and with a mere $100 to his name, Matt Shoup laid the cornerstone of what would soon become a beacon of entrepreneurial success and service excellence in Northern Colorado. From his last days in a corporate banking job he loathed, to the challenging brink of $200,000 in personal debt, Matt’s resolve led to the birth of M&E Painting. This resilience didn’t just birth a company; it ignited a rapid growth that soon expanded into M&E Roofing Solutions, culminating in the merger into the powerhouse now known as M&E Painting & Roofing.

  This is the second time we have used M&E in the inside of the house. Have been very pleased with the entire process. Jim Grimm asked the appropriate questions and provided good thoughts on our project.
The crew was very professional, making sure areas were proteced and clean up was thorough.

  M&E has been great to work with and has left us impressed with the quality of their work on multiple projects around our house.

We went to them for a large interior painting project and they were consultative to help us plan what we want and left us with a beautiful finish.

They also helped save us from a terrible trim/baseboard job that a big box store left us with. They came in and re-did the entire baseboards and painted them. It was so clean and nice- their attention to detail is excellent.
